We advise 2 - 5 standard working days (Monday to Friday). If your purchase is urgent please email us and an express delivery can be arranged for you at an additional cost.

Shipping is calculated on the weight and parcel size. Minimum shipping charge is £4.95 for 1 item.  Up to 3 items will cost £7.95 and up to 5 items will cost £14.95. Thereafter the shipping charge is calculated based on your order value. 

We do offer local pick up/drop off in Watford, Hertfordshire, Monday to Friday. Please email us for availability and charges.

We offer a free refund on any damaged goods including 2nd class postage. Please email us upon receipt of your parcel with images of the damage including the parcel it was delivered in with a brief description of the damage. Upon receipt of your email, we will review the issue and liaise with you directly for a refund. PLEASE NOTE THE GARMENT MUST BE RETURNED UNWORN.

We offer exchange or a refund on any unworn items up to 14 days from date of purchase. We are unable to offer a exchange or refund on any made to measure items.

Most items are available in made to measure sizes (please refer to our sizing chart) before placing your order via email for all made to measure requests.

We offer a alterartions service subject to each item request. Please email your alteration request detailing what is required with images of the garment and timeline and we will advise if this is possible and the charge. Please note all alterations come with a 1 fitting consultation and 1 post fitting in the Watford, Hertfordshire area only.
