• We make every effort to display colours and images accurately, but cannot      guarantee that your device will display them precisely.
• Some products will vary in slight modifications due to the designers one-off customization but these variations will be advised on the individual      product listing.
• All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after      you place an order, we will notify you and issue a refund.

4. Prices and Payment

• All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT (where applicable).
• Delivery charges are displayed at checkout and may vary by UK location.
• We accept payments via Paypal and Stripe.
• Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers.

5. Ordering Process

• Once you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirmation. This does not     mean the order has been accepted.
• A contract between us is formed once we dispatch your order.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order at our discretion, e.g., due to stock issues or suspected fraud.

6. Delivery

• We aim to dispatch all ready made orders within 3-5 business days and made to measure orders within 14 working days unless otherwise stated when you      place your order.
• Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method.
• Delays  may occur during busy periods or due to external factors (e.g. courier      delays, customs).
• You are responsible for providing the correct delivery address.

7. Returns & Refunds

8. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item:

• Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• We may request photos and will arrange a refund, replacement, or return.

All content on our website—including product images, designs, logos, and text—is the property of Kumari Couture or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without written permission.

10. Promotions & Discounts

• Discount codes must be entered at checkout to be applied.
• Promotions are subject to availability and can be withdrawn at any time.
• Only      one discount code may be used per order (unless stated otherwise).

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Losses that were not caused by our breach
• Business losses or loss of data, income, or profits
• Any delay or failure due to events outside our control (e.g. strikes, natural      disasters, courier disruptions)

Our total liability for any claim arising from your order will not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
