Return & Refund Policy

At Kumari Couture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Law)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods — for any reason — and receive a full refund.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
• Be in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached
• Be returned within 14 calendar days from the day you received the item

3. Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns on the following items:

• Sale or clearance items
• Customised, made-to-order, or altered items

4. How to Return an Item

1. Email us at hello@kumaricouture.com  with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll confirm your return and provide the return address.
3. Repackage the item securely and post it back to us.
4. Include your name, order number, and return reason inside the parcel and we will arrange the refund with you.

5. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

• Customer is responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
• We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

6. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
• Refunds cover the cost of the item only. Original delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g. faulty or incorrect item).

7. Faulty, Damaged, or Wrong Item?

We sincerely apologise if this happens.

• Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
• Send us a photo of the item and the issue via email: hello@kumaricouture.com 
• We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund, including return postage if necessary.

8. Exchanges

We are happy to offer an exchange for your item you wish to refund and any adjustment in price must be settled prior to the exchange.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 working days:

1. Check your bank or credit card account
2. Contact your payment provider
3. If still unresolved, email us at hello@kumaricouture.com
